Your impact is tied to the email address that purchased or earned the certificate.

This guide will help users with multiple accounts set up a single identity in their Impact Account, making it easier to connect all certificates and view their Impact to Date in one place.

1. 📌Choosing Your Primary Account

Before adding a secondary email, make sure to identify all your existing accounts and decide which one you want to keep as your primary account. You will need to add the secondary email to this primary account so that your certificates and Impact are combined correctly.

Please note that order history and subscription management will not be carried over to the primary account. If you have an existing subscription linked to your secondary account, only your certificates and Impact will be added to the primary account.

2. Log in to https://members.plasticbank.com using your chosen primary account

3. Click Settings in the menu.

4. In the "Add email address" field, enter your secondary email

5. Click "Update emails"

6. Check the inbox of your secondary email account for the confirmation email.

7. Click the confirmation email

8. Once the email is open, Click "click"

9. You will then be redirected to the confirmation page

10. Go back to your Primary account

11. Click "Settings"

12. Validate that your secondary email is now marked as verified

Alert: Alert! You cannot set an existing secondary email as your primary email. Only previously unregistered emails can be set as the new primary email.

13. Click here.

14. Confirm that the certificates from your secondary account now appear in your primary account.

15. Click "Home"

16. Check if the value of your Impact is correct.

Please note: If you are viewing the professional dashboard, only business products are counted toward your Impact. If you are in your personal account, only personal products are included in your Impact.
