1. If for some reason you need to cancel your subscription, It is easy to do so. Click on my impact.
2. It'll take you to a list of all of your impact certificates. In the top right, click on the Subscriptions tab.
3. Click the Subscription ID to open the subscription.
4. Click "Cancel subscription"
5. The status will change to "Pending Cancellation" and will not renew. Professional members will continue to have access to all assets and features of their account until the end of their subscription month.
