This is the same for Professional and Personal users.
1. To view your order history, click on My Impact.
2. And then click on "Order History" in the top tabs.
3. This will show you all of your online purchases. You can click the order number to get more details and "Download Invoice" to download the invoices.
(rom the My Impact section, you can also view and manage your subscriptions, and of course you can view and download all of your certificates.
