If when you made your first purchase, you did not include your VAT number, and it needs to be shown on your invoices for tax purposes. You can add your VAT number in your settings.

1. From any page in your account, click on Settings in the left navigation

2. We added a new vat number field to the Billing Address section of your details in July of 2025. Just type in your VAT number

3. Click Update billing to save the VAT number.

4. To get your invoice with the VAT number included, click on My Impact in the left menu.

5. Then in the top right, click the Order History tab.

6. Then click on the Download invoice link. This will download a PDF version of your invoice showing your VAT number.
